Remote support

Although we do not offer complex IT support remotely, we can however assist with smaller service related issues like email and other Internet connectivity problems. For this we use a program Team Viewer. You download the quick support version of team viewer listed here by clicking the icon, and run the application.

Before I contact support, what should I do?

1. If you are a wireless client: Have you gone through the different installation options and identified the one that describes your installation the best? Go to Installation Options >>

2. Have you made sure that the cabling is as described, that all cables are plugged in correctly, that all equipment is switched on, and that all the corresponding lights where cables are plugged in are lit?

3. Have you switched everything off for about 15 seconds and back on again.

4. Have your account number ready for a quicker response.
